SUSTAIN FELLOWSHIP

Welcome! SUSTAIN is a pilot 6-month leadership fellowship for emerging cultural leaders and founders from knowledge rich and systemically marginalized communities, using arts for social change in their projects, organizations and companies. The fellowship will support 10 fellows to build trusting relationships, tools, strategies and resources to drive systemic change. Through online learning, co-coaching, in-person gatherings, research co-creation and action-based strategy, leaders gain the skills to challenge barriers and sustain their work.
